Whip is a 2020 South Steens Mustang mare standing approximately 14.1 hands. This sweet, athletic mare has already had a solid foundation put on her and is looking for someone willing to pick up where she left off. She has a kind mind, is eager to learn, and would make a rewarding project for the right person.

After being adopted in January of 2023, Whip arrived pregnant and later raised and weaned a healthy foal. Once her foal was weaned, she was brought back into work and was prepared for a trainer, where she was reportedly ready for a rider to swing a leg over. Due to time away from training, she will need a restart, but she already has a great foundation to build from.

Whip has extensive groundwork and has been exposed to a variety of handling situations. She leads, loads, stands well for the farrier, accepts electric clippers, and has been taught to hobble in multiple ways, making her a well-rounded mare with excellent groundwork.
